Thank you for choosing MIDÉ for your special occasion. We are confident that you will be pleased with the craftsmanship and quality of your garment[s] and we are excited and more than happy to design and create your dream outfit.
For custom MIDÉ garments, prices depend on the exact style and material composition - It is useful to advise us of your budget so you can be guided accordingly.
MIDÉ bridal gowns are inclusive of a standard veil.
CONSULTATION
The designer will meet with you in a consulting session where outfit design and fabrics will be brainstormed on; for which a non-refundable fee will be required. You have the option of a physical or virtual consultation.
Consultation Hours
Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays: 12noon -4pm [WAT]
Location: MIDÉ studio at Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria
Time and date can be picked by you in accordance with our schedule and must be strictly adhered to, except prior notice is given.
Once scheduled in for a consultation, the head designer will pull together your ideas and consider any inspirational images you may have, to help design and finalize your dream look. During your consultation you will also get the opportunity to view fabric swatches, colour ways and examples of previous styles.
A full set of measurements will also be taken to provide accurate sizing.
After your session, you will receive two sketches based on your requirements / style, as discussed and agreed upon during your consultation session; you are required to choose and approve one for onward production.
Following this, if you require a new design you will be required to book another consultation session. Consultation fees are non-refundable.
On completion of your consultation, we will endeavor to provide an accurate quote. Where new fabric prices may not be available instantly; we will get a precise quote over to you within a designated time frame and all fitting dates will be confirmed.
If you are unable to come in for your measurements and are willing to send professional measurements, Yes we can still work together.
Consultation Re-schedule
To reschedule, please do so, by contacting our customer service 72 hours prior to your consultation slot; Please note that your slot can only be rescheduled based on our schedule availability, preferred date, and time. In the unfortunate event that you arrive more than 30 minutes late (we cannot guarantee that your session will be held or satisfactory).
If you miss your consultation day or time slot, consultation fees are non-refundable and non-transferable on both circumstances, and you will be required to book a new consultation appointment.
ORDER PROCESS
Once you have decided on the dress style, colour, size, and any other necessary dress information upon consultation and recommendation from MIDÉ, the order can be processed.
You will be scheduled in for two [2] fittings; One before any closures or finishings are applied to the dress, to ensure the dress is absolutely everything you want and to be sure we get the best possible fit.
For your second and final fit, your dress will be all closed up and ready for collection!
MEASUREMENT & SIZING
If you are un-available to take measurements in-house, professional measurements can be sent in. A body measurement guide will be made available to you. Feel free to add in other measurement specifications you might want.
MIDÉ will not be held liable for any errors due to incorrect measurements or inability to be present for fittings.
LEAD PRODUCTION TIME
The estimated lead-time for custom garments is 6-8weeks, beginning when the payment has been received and the order has been confirmed.
In addition, it is recommended to plan your order with at least 3 weeks between production timeline and the occasion date to allow time for any alterations that may be needed before you receive your garment.
For orders booked earlier or later than this time frame, the timeline will alter accordingly.
PAYMENTS
Full payment is required for all Bespoke/Custom garments after Consultation- before the production process can begin. In the case of bulk payments; If you wish to have a custom payment plan, that should be discussed during the Consultation.
In the case of a payment plan; a 70% non-refundable deposit is required after the consultation- before production can begin. The remaining 30% balance is due prior to garment collection or delivery.
PAYMENT METHODS
We accept online card payments and bank transfers. For Naira Payments, choose manual payments at checkout.

If you do not show up to your consultation appointment, payment is forfeited.

Garments cannot be collected or delivered without full payment.

Major Changes to orders may be made up to 24 hours after the original order is placed; this might incur additional fees, subject to gravity of change and the designer’s discretion.

We will not be held liable for any errors due to inability to be present for fittings.
RETURN POLICY
There are no exchanges or returns on all garments. All sales are final and any concerns or issues must be expressed during fittings.
SHIPPING
We offer Worldwide shipping. Custom duties may be charged on delivery for packages shipped outside Nigeria.

There are no exchanges or returns on all garments. All garments are made to order, you are welcome to book fitting appointments. All sales are final. Before shipment, we inspect, quality-check, and record the clothing.
